This week I wanted to share with you my February BuJo setup. Yes, I know, February is almost over, but it is not over yet! Plus, it is mint green and it has penguins! So, continue reading this post if you want to see my main page, my calendar page and my mood tracker in mint green.

Let's start from my inspiration for the theme. A while ago I got these beautiful stickers and washi tape in the color mint green. Back then, I didn't really have a plan to use them in a monthly theme, but in the meantime I also got a marker in the same color and it just clicked. Something was missing though. Something not too colorful - not to distract from the mint green, but it had to be cheerful and simple. Penguins! Cute, simple, mostly white and black - perfect. And to learn how to draw them I used Pinterest which you can see at this link.

Since warmer weather is coming soon, I felt like February was the last chance to have snowflakes and scarfs. That's why I decided to give my penguins ice skates, caps and scarfs and to add just a little bit extra mint. In my next post, I will show you how I draw the penguins as well as how I used washi tape to make caps and scarfs for them. Subscribe if you don't want to miss that!
As for the letters and numbers, I wanted to do them as simple as possible. This is because I am not very good at writing and also because I didn't want to accidently overdo it. I used the same marker as the ice skates and a simple black fine liner.

| February mood tracker |
For the mood tracker, I decided to do use the scarf to mark each day. You can see that I don't have any indication on how the moods are represented, and no, it's not a mistake. I'm just too lazy to do that each time, so usually I just write numbers 1-5 to indicate my mood, and then when I feel like it, I use the colors to fill it in. I tried several times to just use the colors but eventually this happens anyway. 😁
I do have several other pages that I use every month such as different trackers. I don't usually decorate them much so I didn't feel like it's important to show them, but if you would like to know more about that leave a comment!
In my next post I will share how I draw these penguins and I will show you my weekly February setup. If you don't want to miss that, follow me on instagram and tiktok @zhilopolis.
See you soon!
